I just sold my car as is they paid cash and already have the title and signed a paper stating they knew they were buying the car as is reguardless of condition and i took it to a mech. to have the thermostat changed and he discovered the radiator was busted. Am i obligated to tell them? or is the sale final since they already gave me the money and signed the paper stating they knew the car was as is no matter the condition of the car?

If you found out it was bad after you sold them the car, then no you do not have to tell them. But it would make you look good to tell them, but you do not have to pay for it as thy now own the car.

If you told them it just needed a thermostat and you would get that fixed and it needed more, the moral thing to do is tell them and allow them to back out if they want.
