My car is overheating. I just changed the thermostat and added new fluid. 1995 Chrysler concorde v6 3.5. HELP!

It could be any part in the cooling system: the fan, fan relay, water pump, blocked radiator, etc.

The fan can be checked easily. Once the car is warmed, open the hood and see if the fan comes on and off.

Most of the time, if the car is over heating (even with new thermostat), then it is most likely the water pump.

Good Luck...

that size engine is known for water pumps leaking, also does it just over heat sitting at and idle? and not when driving? cause that could signal a cooling fan problem, it could also be a headgasket leaking. is any anti-freeze coming out anywhere? and are u losing coolant? chck your oil and see if it looks milky thaqt is a sign of a head gasket or internal leak
There should be a schrader valve on the thermostat housing. Did you loosen it up? The system probably has an air bubble and is not circulating properly.
