Do i have to wait for the rtv sealant to cure before i drive my car again?

i recently changed the radiator and thermostat in my car, i had to unscrew a pipe from the thermostat housing to get it out and i have to use rtv sealant on the screw, the package says it dries in and hour and cures in 24 hrs, does that mean i cant drive my car for 24 hrs? or will it be alright if i drive it after leaving it overnight?

You will be fine. Dealers and shops drive them after 2 hours

it should be fine if you leave it cure for at least 12 hrs.... youll be fine
Drive it right away....its not gonna hurt. I've done it dozens of times without leaks.
Overnight is enough time. I've driven within a couple of hours and it was ok.
