i have a 2000 ford focus (1.6 zetec).when i start the car after 5 minutes the fan start to work and the weather outside is like freezing.and other thing my car loose water near the water pump i dont know what is that for.(i use pink coolant).i recently change thermostat.and when i start the car somtimes it takes lot of time for the temperature to go to the normal(in the middle)

The fan is most likely comming on due to the A/C coming on for the defrost. The defrost uses the a/c to dry the air and prevent the windows and windshield from fogging up. Try turning the climate controls completely of and see if the fan turns of slightly after that.

Radiator fans come on if the a/c is on. They also come on when the motor is overheating because of an air pocket in the cooling system which you probably have because of a leaking water pump you describe. Better have a mechanic fix your ride before you wreck the motor.
Sounds like an airlock in the water system or the water pumps gone and isnt circulating around the car proparly
doesnt matter on the temp outside when your car gets above normal running temp the fan is going to come on

Your water pump is probably leaking and that making the car hot which turns on the fan
You said you have a water leak.This means your engine is getting hot enough to bring the fan on.I t may be freezing cold outside but this does not matter to your engine.
