FAN??

old hoses somtimes get kinked/bent, slow the water flow down.

did you use 50/50 antifreeze/water? straight a/f is actually LESS effective at cooling your engine.

You will hate this answer. Either something you have overlooked or an obstruction in the cooling system. Have the system flow checked.
timing is off
you could have a bad head gasket or a cracked cylinder wall thats pushing heat into your anti freeze........ apparently you had an overheating problem before you changed all the others..... start engine ...... open radiator cap.... if it is flowing there is no blockage..... if it bubbles its what i stated.....
One of the many passageways in the block, intake, and heads could be plugged. Is the engine fan working like it's supposed to... if it's a clutch fan it could be weak...
check all wires in between.
The refrigeration circuit must be dirty or damaged. You should get your car to a reapir shop and check the problem ASAP
No clue what the year, make, or model is but if it has a fan clutch then I would check that out
is the fan working? if not try replaceing the fan relay switch

may be a old hose going bad try flushing the water out and filling it back up
