I have a 06 charger rt, and i'm waiting for my diablosport to come it. The diablo is set up for a 180 degree thermostat, the stock thermostat on my car is 203. What serttings should i set the fans at on the diablo unit i get the 180 thermostat? Also does it make a big difference using the 180tsat with the diablo considering i can change the fans settings on the diablo?

it will make a small difference in the way it runs ,and it will need to get a little hotter to run a little better,id set it to 180-190,but the problem will be the thermostat it will kick out at 180 most of the time,and you can run a 195 in it if you want to,but if you go with the 180 keep the setting higher than 180,that way it wont cool it off to much,if it does you,ll get a check engine light with it all the time,good luck.

Unless you plan to change your tstat,I would leave the setting alone.The newer engines,like the one in your car run better @ the higher operating temps.The Diablo is an excellent choice for a hand held tuner.I have a Diablo tune in my Ford F-150 and I love it.
