i have a 1996 dodge neon i have had the thermostat changed, thermostat housing. water pump and a used radiator and fans i am not sure if the radiator is working right but i do hear the fans coming on the car stop running hot if i am able to turn on the heater sometimes the hearter come on and sometimes it dont and i really need my hearter on because it is cold outside any answers

Id bet dollars to donuts your head gasket is bad.these cars are bad for it.ive dont lots of them and they did just what yours is doing.hope this helps.

the used radiator may be full of stop leak
sounds to me you need to flush the system sounds like your radiator is partialy clogged
