My 98 Eclipse GST Spyder has little steam/ white smoke coming out of the exhaust when car hasn't warmed up yet?

So basically my car has no check engine light, I don't feel any lose in power, I have no leaks, car has no problem with overheating and it never has or went above normal temperature, Had the oil change, had the radiator flushed had the thermostat changed, spark plugs and wires changed. and I even used KW nanotechnology to make sure any blown head gasket is repaired. Still some smoke/ steam is coming out of the exhaust and I dont know why it also only seems to happen in the morning when I warm up the car. Also I changed the batteries, anyone know a drive cycle to get a computer to scan it right.
